Admission

You may kindly collect admission form from Admin Office. Office is open from 04:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sundays.

You must bring the following to submit the admission application form:

1. Duly filled and signed admission form
2. Birth Certificate
3. Passport Copy (if applicable)
4. Two copies of color passport size photo
